Praktik jual beli ijazah aspal alias ijazah asli tapi palsu, ternyata bukan hanya ada di tingkat sarjana. Ijazah sekolah dasar (SD) pun banyak peminatnya. Tak heran, bila permintaan ijazah aspal dari SD hingga S2 pun sangat tinggi.
Upaya mendapatkan ijazah aspal tidak sulit. Cukup dengan merogoh kantong dalam-dalam dan dompet yang tebal, ijazah pun di tangan. Tidak perlu mengikuti kegiatan belajar dan perkuliahan hingga bertahun-tahun. Cukup belajar singkat, kuliah kilat, foto bareng wisuda, gelar pun menempel.
Penelusuran Radar Bekasi (Grup JPNN), tempat maupun kampus yang menyediakan ijazah aspal itu, rupaya ada di pusat kota. Bertebaran di sejumlah jalan protokol. Gedungnya bisa berbentuk kampus, tempat kursus maupun ruko-ruko di pusat perkantoran.
A, salah satu staf di sebuah tempat kursus, mengaku bisa mengeluarkan ijazah sesuai permintaan kliennya. Mulai dari ijazah SD, SMP, SMA, D3, S1 hingga S2.
Dia menjamin ijazah yang dikeluarkan tempatnya bekerja sesuai dengan ijazah asli mereka yang kuliah dan sekolah bertahun-tahun. Dia mengklaim, ijazah yang dikeluarkan tempatnya bekerja merupakan ijazah asli, hanya waktu belajarnya yang dipercepat.
“Kita jamin keamanannya. Identitas klien kami akan rahasiakan. Untuk keamanan legalitas kami jamin, karena memang ijazah dikeluarkan secara resmi, hanya waktunya saja dipercepat,” ucapnya kepada Radar Bekasi (Grup JPNN) saat berpura-pura mendaftar.
A juga mengklaim ijazah yang dikeluarkan tempatnya itu aman untuk dipakai melanjutkan pendidikan selanjutnya. Tidak terkecuali untuk melamar kerja sebagai PNS, TNI-Polri, termasuk promosi kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan di lembaga negara.
“Aman gak ada masalah. Kenapa saya bisa bilang begini karena sudah banyak buktinya berhasil, memakai ijazah dari kami,” ujarnya meyakinkan, seraya menyebut sejumlah nama di kalangan anggota DPR, PNS, dan pejabat.
A mematok harga mulai dari Rp4 juta untuk ijazah SD. Rp6 juta untuk SMP. Rp7,5 juta ijazah SMA. Rp9 juta untuk ijazah D3. Rp11 juta ijazah S1 dan Rp16 juta untuk ijazah S2.
Awal masuk untuk pendaftaran, sambung dia, calon konsumen ditawarkan ujian persamaan seperti Paket C. Bila konsumen tersebut menayakan untuk mendapatkan ijazah asli tanpa harus mengikuti pendidikan formal, baru lah A membeberkan modusnya dengan terperinci.
Konsumen yang telah sukses menggunakan ijazah tersebut untuk meraih jabatan di salah satu dinas di Pemkot Bekasi. Dia bahkan ikut mempromosikannya melalui mulut ke mulut, sehingga peminat ijazah aspal semakin banyak.
Biasanya, imbuh A, konsumen memang sudah memiliki ijazah S1 saat menjadi PNS. Namun, saat promosi jabatan biasanya membutuhkan level ijazah yang lebih tinggi lagi. Sedangkan waktu untuk mengikuti kuliah secara formal tidak ada. Sela tersebut yang akhirnya dimanfaatkan sebagian oknum yang mampu mewujudkan mimpi untuk mempunyai ijazah tanpa harus bersusah – susah menjalani proses belajar.
