Kebijakan moratorium yang mempengaruhi persyaratan CPNS 2016 itu memang berisi aturan yang membatasi usia umur perekrutan pegawai di daerah dan instansi kementerian. Sehingga Dalam penerimaan CPNS tahun 2016 umur menjadi salah satu syarat agar bisa melakukan pelamaran CPNS 2016. Banyak orang yang bertanya tanya berapa umur maksimal dan umur minimal agar bisa mengikuti pelamaran CPNS. Untuk itu pada informasi CPNS 2016 kali ini akan dijelaskan mengenai pertanyaan berapa umur yang ditentukan agar bisa mengikuti pelamaran CPNS tahun 2016 ini
Berdasarkan Keputusan kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Nomor 11 tahun 2002 Tentang Ketentuan pelaksanaan Peraturan pemerintah nomor 98 tahun 2000 Tentang pengadaan pegawai negeri sipil Sebagaimana telah diubah dengan peraturan Pemerintah nomor 11 tahun 2002. Bahwa dalam peraturan tersebut syarat umur yang ditentukan untuk bisa mengikuti pelamaran seleksi penerimaan CPNS adalah serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun.
Dengan demikian jiaka pelamar belum mencapai usia atau umur yang telah ditentukan tersebut yakni 18 tahun maka maka belum bisa diterima menjadi CPNS. Syarat umur tersebut dilihat berdasarkan tanggal lahir yang tercantum pada ijazah. Bagaimana dengan pengangkatan CPNS tenaga honorer yang sudah lama mengabdi? Pada peraturan tersebut dijelaskan bahwa Pengangkatan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Prinsipnya tidak boleh melebihi usia 35 tahun. Namun Pengangkatan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat dilakukan bagi yang melebihi usia 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun, dengan ketentuan :
- Telah mengabdi kepada instansi pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah sekurang-kurangnya 5 (lima) tahun secara terus menerus sebelum Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 tahun 2002 yang ditetapkan tanggal 17 April 2002.
- Masih melaksanakan tugas pada instansi tersebut; dan
- Pengangkatan tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan khusus dan dilaksanakan secara selektif serta tidak boleh melebihi usia 40 (empat puluh) tahun. Kebutuhan khusus yang dimaksud dalam ketentuan ini adalah jabatan-jabatan yang ditetapkan oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara berdasarkan usul dari Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian instansi sebelum pengadaan pegawai.
Dari penjelasan diatas semoga bisa membantu anda yang masih bertanya-tanya apakah usia umur anda masih memenuhi persyaratan untuk ikut pendaftaran seleksi CPNS khususnya tahun 2016 ini. Ketentuan ini berlaku umum baik untuk pelamar penerimaan CPNS melalui jalur umum maupun untuk tenaga honorer.
Bagaimana kepastiannya akan kita ketahui pada masing-masing instansi nantinya setelah pengumuman penerimaan CPNS 2016 secara resmi dikeluarkan. Mungkin akan ada ketentuan lain, seperti pengalaman pada penerimaan CPNS tahun 2013 yang lalu pada instansi kementerian keuangan syarat usia pelamar CPNS dibatasi dengan aturan yang berbeda sesuai formasi dan kualifikasi pendidikan. Kementerian keuangan tahun lalu menetapkan batasan umur pelar CPNS jalur umum dengan ketentuan: minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 26 tahun untuk Sarjana S-1; minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 30 tahun untuk Diploma Pelayaran; minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 23 tahun untuk Diploma Umum; minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 26 tahun untuk SMK Pelayaran dan minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun untuk SMK Umum.
Kepada seluruh calon pelamar CPNS tahun 2016, sambil menunggu pelaksanaan ujian CPSN 2016, sudah bisa anda mempersiapkan diri dari sekarang untuk mempelajari kisi kisi soal soal CPNS dengan menggunakan sistem CAT (Computer Assisted Test). Tujuannya untuk memudahkan anda lulus CPNS tahun 2016 nanti.
Sistem CAT merupakan sistem ujian yang sudah diharuskan pemerintah bagi setiap pelamar CPNS dalam mengerjakan soal soal yang diujikan saat ujian CPNS.
