Namun terlepas dari itu semua, kabar gembira untuk para oemar bakri (guru, red) di Kabupaten Bolmong. Pasalnya, Tunjangan Sertifikasi Guru (TSG) triwulan I, segera dikucurkan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolmong, pekan ini. “Esok (hari ini red) berkas permintaan dana dimasukkan ke DPPKAD. Jika tidak berhalangan, pekan ini sudah masuk ke rekening guru,” ungkap Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Nasional (Diknas) Bolmong Drs Olii Mokodongan, kemarin.
Sayangnya, penyaluran TSG triwulan 1 hanya dinikmati sekira 900-an guru. Pasalnya, banyak guru di Kabupaten Bolmong belum mendapatkan petunjuk teknis (Juknis) tentang penyaluran TSG. “Jadi yang mendapatkan Juknis hanya 900-an guru. Kita dahulukan guru yang sudah mendapatkan Juknis, sambil lainnya, menunggu surat keputusan dirjen,” kata Mokodongan.
Diketahui, dana sebesar Rp21.665.070.200 untuk TSG sudah berada di kas daerah sejak pekan lalu. Diketahui, total dana TSG untuk 2015 ini naik sebesar Rp4 miliar dari tahun sebelumnya (lihat grafis red). Pasalnya, tahun ini oemar bakri (guru red) penerima tunjangan bertambah sebanyak 227 orang. Diterangkan Olii, dana yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah pusat adalah pembayaran TSG triwulan I dan carry over tahun sebelumnya. “Jadi selain triwulan I, kita juga membayarkan TSG tahun sebelumnya yang masuk dalam program carry over,” terang Mokodongan. “Ini dikhususkan untuk guru yang belum mendapatkan TSG tahun 2013 dan 2014,” tambahnya.
Para guru di Bolmong mengharapkan kepada pemerintah agar menjemput surat keputusan agar dana tersebut bisa dicairkan. Seharusnya, hak para guru disejajarkan oleh pemerintah. “Ini hanya menimbulkan kecemburuan guru yang lain,” tandas guru di Dumoga yang meminta namanya tidak dikorankan.
Wakil Bupati Bolmong Yanny Ronny Tuuk STh MM mengharapkan kepada para guru agar meningkatkan kualitas mengajarnya. “Pemerintah terus memperhatikan hak para guru, termasuk pembayaran TSG.
