Kabar tentang kenaikan gaji Pegawa Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang telah beredar selama ini begitu menyita perhatian khalayak ramai terutama bagi rekan-rekan PNS di seluruh tanah air. Pasalnya seiring dengan keluarnya kabar tersebut seluruh PNS merasa mendapatkan angin segar dari Pemerintah dikarenakan pengasilan mereka sebagai aparatur negara akan mengalami kenaikan.
Namun sampai detik ini kabar tersebut belum dibuktikan oleh Pemerintah sehingga para PNS jadi merasa tidak yakin dan sedikit galau dengan kebenaran isu kenaikan gaji. Pertanyaan demi pertanyaan terus dilontarkan oleh para PNS yang tersebar di seluruh tanah air terkait dengan kapan waktu realisasinya.
Menanggapi kegalauan para PNS, Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Yuddy Chrisnandi menegaskan bahwa kenaikan gaji berkala Aparatur Sipil Negara tidak akan dihapus.
“Saya tekankan kenaikan gaji berkala tetap diberikan. Pemerintah tetap akan menaikkan gaji pegawai secara berkala,” katanya di Palangka Raya, Jumat.
Ia mengatakan, rancangan peraturan tentang kenaikan gaji berkala bagi ASN sebesar 6% pada 2015, saat ini sudah disampaikan kepada Presiden.
Hal itu dikatakan dalam “Pertemuan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi dengan Aparatur Sipil Negara Kota Palangka Raya,” di gedung pertemuan umum Palampang Tarung, komplek kantor pemerintahan ibu kota Kalteng itu.
Dalam kegiatan yang berlangsung sekitar satu jam itu, Menteri Yuddy didampingi Gubernur Agustin Teras Narang, Wagub Achmad Diran, dan Wakil Wali Kota Palangka Raya Mofit Saptono Subagio.
Hadir juga anggota Komisi IV DPR RI Fraksi Partai Nasional Dapil Kalteng Hamdani, beberapa anggota DPRD Kalteng, anggota DPRD Kota, jajaran pejabat eselon II, III dan IV di lingkungan pemerintahan “Kota Cantik” itu.
Terkait berita mengenai akan dihapusnya uang pensiun bagi ASN, TNI dan Polri, Menteri mengatakan bahwa itu hanya isu karena selama ini pemerintah tidak pernah membahas masalah tersebut.
“Itu hanya isu. Pemerintah tidak pernah mengusulkan. Bagaimana mau dihapus. PNS bekerja puluhan tahun hingga dia pensiun dan berhak mendapatkan jaminan hari tua dan tunjangan pensiun,” tegas Yuddy.
Menteri mengatakan, ada kabar gembira bagi pejabat eselon III hingga eselon I bahwa saat ini pemerintah mengadakan promosi jabatan tingkat nasional.
“Tidak hanya berputar di situ, jika perlu di daerah lain bisa dipromosikan, eselon II rolling di tingkat provinsi juga bisa di tingkat nasoinal apalagi eselon I. Mereka yang berprestasi bisa dipromosikan ke tingkat nasional sehingga karirnya tidak berhenti di daerah,” katanya. (sumber : www.antaranews.com)
