JAKARTA— Kabar gembira bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), TNI dan Polri. Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB) menyebutkan, gaji bulan ke-13 akan dicairkan pertengahan tahun ini.
“Ya, untuk tahun ini seperti kata pak menteri akan ada pencairan gaji 13. Biasanya untuk pencairan paling cepat Juni dan paling lambat Juli,” sebut Deputi SDM KemenPAN-RB Setiawan Wangsaatmaja, kemarin.
Namun, diungkapkan kapan kepastian pencairan, tidak dapat dipastikan, sebab hingga kini belum ada petunjuk teknis (Juknis) soal penyaluran gaji 13 bagi PNS. “Belum ada ya, sebab hingga saat ini masih dibahas antara KemenPAN-RB dan Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu). Kan harus ada aturannya,” tukas Setiawan.
Sementara itu ketika disinggung soal kenaikan gaji, Setiawan mengatakan supaya PNS bersabar. Karena wacana kenaikan, juga masih dibahas lintas kementerian. “Kalau kenaikan berkala untuk disesuaikan dengan inflasi terus jalan pembahasannya. Jadi kenaikan gaji akan mengikuti inflasi. Tujuannya agar daya beli masyarakat tidak menurun,” jelasnya.
Setiawan pun mengingatkan, agar PNS tetap bekerja maksimal sebagaimana tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai abdi negara. “Mari kita tingkatkan kinerja kita, kalau kinerja kita bagus, pasti masyarakat yang akan menilai, apakah layak kita (PNS, red) untuk mendapat kenaikan gaji atau tidak,” tutupnya.
Memang, saat ini kapan pencairan gaji 13 dan wacana kenaikan gaji sebesar 6 persen masih menjadi treding topic di kalangan abdi negara, tidak terkecuali Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang ada di Sulut. Pasalnya saat ini kebutuhan hidup mulai meningkat.
Lebih lanjut diharapkan, PNS yang ada di ruang lingkup pemerintahan maupun yang bergerak di segala bidang hingga TNI dan Polri, untuk tetap bersabar. Serta bekerja dengan maksimal. “Seperti pesan pak menteri, kalau kinerjanya PNS bagus, kan ada masyarakat yang menilai. Yang pasti secepatnya pembahasan tersebut akan diselesaikan. Mengingat kebutuhan hidup mulai meningkat. Jadi harus disesuaikan,” ungkapnya.
“Namun kalau sudah ada juknis, pasti secepatnya diturunkan ke daerah-daerah dan segera disalurkan. Mengingat wacana kenaikan gaji juga masih sementara dibahas. Dan itu juga harus disesuaikan dengan APBN,” ujar Setiawan.
Sebelumnya, MenPAN-RB Yuddy Chrisnandi menyebutkan, kepolisian bakal mendapat kenaikan tunjangan kinerja. “Sebentar lagi kenaikan tunjangan kinerja untuk Polri yang sudah diajukan akan segera direalisasikan,” kata Yuddy saat berkunjung ke Polda Kalbar, Selasa (14/4).
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, kenaikan gaji berkala dan gaji ‘bonus’ bulan ke-13 kemungkinan akan cair bersamaan. Gaji bonus itu diberikan saat tahun ajaran baru dimulai. Itu diberikan untuk meringankan PNS.
